In fact, the sheer force of this vehicle moving from 70mph to 90mph takes your breath away. This impressive model will handle itself very well as an everyday vehicle, but where would be the fun in that? This Corvette was made for the extreme!

Chevrolet Earns Nine Edmunds.com Awards

Chevrolet Earns Nine Edmunds.com Awards

BAY CITY, Mich. – There's no question that Chevrolet is giving consumers exactly what they want, and the brand's NINE most recent Edmunds.com awards prove that point! This past month, Edmunds.com recognized seven Chevy vehicles with nine awards as the Most Popular and Top Rated vehicles in their segments for 2014!

It just goes to show that this is the best lineup in the brand's history and consumers are enjoying the expressive designs, easy to use technologies, safety and performance that the current lineup offers. The best of the best include the Corvette Stingray and Chevy Traverse, both of which received the Edmunds.com Top Rated Vehicle award! Also honored were the Chevrolet Colorado, Camaro, Impala, Silverado 1500, Tahoe, Stingray, and Traverse, which were all recognized at the Most Popular vehicles in their segment by Edmunds.com.

What does that mean? Based on a pool of just 200 vehicles, the Edmunds.com Top Rated Award is considered more exclusive than the Most Popular recognition since it requires each vehicle to be subjected to a standardized test loop and to then be sent to the Edmunds test track for instrumented testing with controlled conditions, eventually receiving a letter grade. Quite differently, the Edmunds.com Most Popular recognition is awarded based on the number of unique visitors that each vehicle's research and inventory pages receive online.

Chevrolet Earns Nine Edmunds.com AwardsBeing the brand that they are, Chevy didn't earn just one Edmunds.com award, they won NINE! And for that we say, Bravo! You can learn more about the seven Chevrolet vehicles awarded by Edmunds.com simply by stopping by the dealership! Hank Graff Chevy is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706 and we can help you find just the convertible for your needs! For more information on Hank Graff Chevrolet, or for any questions call us at (989) 684-4411 or visit our website: www.GraffBayCity.com.

2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Debut Review

2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Debut Review
BAY CITY, Mich.- The North American International Auto Show is just getting started this week and Chevrolet is already making history. The automaker kicked off the auto show by winning the North American Car and Truck of the Year and then followed that with the jaw-dropping 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 debut! It builds on the Corvette Stingray's already impressive features, making it the most capable Corvette ever!

The 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is officially the most track-capable Corvette in the brand's history thanks to advanced driver technologies and supercar specifications. The car's new supercharged 6.2L engine can be paired with either a seven-speed manual transmission or eight-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission to pump out at least 625 horsepower! In conjunction with unprecedented levels of aerodynamic downforce and the lightweight construction of a stronger aluminum frame with a removable roof panel, the 2015 Corvette Z06 rivals the most exotic supercars in the world!

The 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 debut reviews the connection between the track and the street. To develop the most capable Corvette in the brand's history, the automaker took what they learned from the Corvette Racing C6.R and applied it to the Corvette Stingray. The Stingray was then used as a foundation for the Z06 and C7.R, which were developed side by side to stretch the performance envelope. The two new Corvettes even incorporate several of the same features from the Stingray like direct injection, active fuel management, and continuously variable valve timing, while also improving upon other features to boost performance and increase fuel efficiency!

Not only is the new 2015 Corvette Z06 the most capable Corvette, but it's also the most impressive. Stay tuned for more information on every detail of the new supercar, or stop by our Chevrolet Dealership to check out our New Chevrolet Cars and get your performance car fix! Hank Graff Chevy is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706. Automobile of the Year: Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

Automobile of the Year: Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
BAY CITY, Mich.- Since the 2014 Corvette Stingray made its debut, it has received many awards for its improvements and capabilities, but now it has received the best one of all! Over the weekend, Automobile Magazine named the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 'Automobile of the Year'!

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray earned the Automobile of the Year title with all of the upgrades it features compared to the previous model. The current generation Corvette offers more power and better fuel economy than the previous model as a result of the new 6.2-liter V8 engine that can produce 460 horsepower and also achieve 29 miles per gallon on the highway!

However, the new engine isn't the only reason that the Stingray earned its latest title. The new Corvette Stingray is also impressive in design, performance, quality, and comfort, offering a tremendous performance value in an all-American package. Along with a major interior facelift that was overdue, the Stingray seems to be more user friendly than previous models.

Mint Condition Antique Chevy Cars To Be Auctioned

Mint Condition Antique Chevy Cars To Be Auctioned
BAY CITY, Mich. - A large selection of cars have recently been discovered inside a Chevy dealership in Pierce, Nebraska. Having closed up shop 17 years ago, Lambrecht Chevy Dealer sealed around 60 or so vehicles inside their garage and only recently opened the garage again. While seeing the condition of cars that have been locked away for 17 years is exciting, the real treasure is that many of these vehicles have less than 10 miles on their odometers - that means they are brand new! This treasure trove of mint condition antique Chevy cars is to be auctioned off.

Mint Condition Antique Chevy Cars To Be AuctionedLambrecht's large selection of cars is expected to bring in quite a bit of money, especially because of the mint condition of the antique Chevy Cars that are to be auctioned off. While they are a bit dusty, the fact that they have almost no miles on their odometer is extraordinary. Some of the most exciting finds include a 1958 Cameo pickup truck that has one mile on its odometer, a 1978 Corvette Stingray with four miles, and a 1956
Chevrolet Bel Air with less than ten miles.

Due to the way these cars were locked away, their motors and exteriors are in perfect condition. The 1958 Cameo pickup truck is one that is drawing quite a large crowd, as it is expected to bring in the most money. This Cameo is already a rare model but to be in such good condition really ups the ante. One auctioneer went so far as to suggest that the pickup has the possibility to bring in six figures.

Lambrecht's opened their dealership in 1946 after World War II, and was forced to close their doors in 1996. They were a family-owned business for 50 years and are sad to see their collection go.

While our vehicles might not be locked away in the garage for 17 years, they are still in pristine condition with low miles! Whether you are looking for a Low-Mileage Used Car or a New Chevrolet Car, we have the perfect vehicle for you! So stop by our Frankenmuth Area Chevrolet Dealership today and let us help you into the car of your dreams. Hank Graff Chevy is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706. Chevy Corvette Celebrates 60 Years

Chevy Corvette Celebrates 60 Years
BAY CITY, Mich. - The Chevy Corvette has just celebrated 60 years of being in production, as June 30 marked their 60th anniversary.  Called "the world's longest-running, continuously produced passenger car", the Chevy Corvette has a long history of style and speed. As the Chevy Corvette celebrates 60 years, it's worthwhile to look back at the first vehicle ever put into production.

In 1953, the first Chevy Corvette rolled off the production line in Flint, MI. It was a great vehicle, but nothing compared to the Corvette today. The first corvette's output was 150 horsepower and was only able to go from 0-60 in 11.5 seconds. It was made out of fiberglass as opposed to steel, and was a beauty to look at. However, the next Corvettes to roll off the line were a big improvement. The 1955 model improved it's 0-60 time, getting the vehicle up to speed in 8.5 seconds.

The Corvette quickly evolved after the first few years, as it changed its 'face' in 1956, introduced the Stingray in 1963, and finally completely redesigned the vehicle in 1984. The 1984 model had a "Crossfire" V8 engine, an electronic dashboard, 205 horsepower and could go 0-60 in 7 seconds.

Currently we are in the sixth generation of Chevy Corvettes, with the seventh generation due out later this year. The 7th generation Corvette will bring back the Stingray name, and is the most powerful standard model to date. It will feature a LT1 6.2-liter V8 engine that will output 455 hp and 460 lb.-ft of torque, and is expected to go from 0-60 in 3.8 seconds! That's quite a difference from the 11.5 seconds of the original model!

If you'd like to get your hands on a Chevy Corvette, check out our 2013 Chevy Corvette Brochure! With so many great features, we're positive you'll fall in love with this vehicle. If you'd like to come and take it for a little spin, stop by our Frankenmuth Area Chevrolet Dealership where we can help you with anything from Auto Loans to getting you into a New Chevrolet CarHank Graff Chevy is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706. First Corvette Stingray Convertible Sold For $1 Million
BAY CITY, Mich.- Over the weekend, the very first Corvette Stingray Convertible went up for sale at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach, Florida. Lucky bidder, Rick Hendrick bid $1 million to make the first Stingray convertible his own! An avid Corvette collector and NASCAR team owner, Hendrick paid a whopping $2.1 million to own both the coupe and convertible 2014 Corvette Stingray!

General Motors has donated the proceeds from the sale of the first 2014 Stingray Coupe and Convertible to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.

The first Corvette Stingray Convertible sold for $1 million and while we don't have millions to spend on the original Stingray, we're excited to welcome the new 'Vette to our lot during the third quarter of this year!
