2015 YWCA Women of Achievement Awards - March 11th

BAY CITY, Mich. – Graff Chevrolet in Bay City is proud to announce that the 2015 YWCA Women of Achievement Awards are coming up on March 11th! Through sponsorships and active involvement with this organization, we know what a wonderful and hard-working group of women the YWCA embodies so we want to invite you to REGISTER for the 2015 YWCA Women of Achievement Awards on March 11th to witness some of the amazing talent present in our community!

The YWCA Women of Achievement Awards will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Horizon’s Conference Center in Saginaw, MI beginning with cocktails at 5:30 PM and Dinner starting at 6:00 PM. At Graff Bay City, we are so proud and pleased to be a sponsor of this year's event and know that these women deserve this recognition for their passion about bettering the Great Lakes Bay Region!

The YWCA (Young Women Christian Association) has been around since December 1891, and the local chapter focuses their time and energy on the economic advancement of women in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Each year the YWCA comes together to grant the “Women of Achievement” awards to individuals who have made outstanding contributions as a volunteer or as a professional in the areas of business, community leadership, education, entrepreneurship, and health care.

2013 Yarn & Fabric Drive at Graff Bay City

BAY CITY, Mich.- The weather outside is frightful, which means we need your help with our 2013 Yarn & Fabric Drive even more! Help us in our effort to keep more than 1,000 local children safe and warm this season by making a donation today!

Through our Yarn & Fabric Drive last year, we were able to supply hats and mittens to over 1,000 Great Lakes Bay Kids and we need your help again to make this year a success! For the 2013 Yarn & Fabric Drive, we are in need of yarn, fabric, needles, and patterns which will be used to make hats, mittens, toddler blankets, and coats. The Saginaw Correctional Facility will use the donations to knit and crochet items that will be distributed to the local rescue mission, women's shelters, and to local schools through Just for Kids!

Help us reach our goal of keeping more than 1,000 children safe and warm this winter by making a donation today! You can bring your donation to Graff Bay City, Maier and Associates, Prime Brothers or the Kawkawlin Church anytime before December 31st!
