Chevrolet Vehicles Candidates for 2015 Truck/Utility of The Year

BAY CITY, Mich. – Back in January Chevrolet snagged both the North American Car AND Truck of the Year with the Corvette Stingray and new Silverado. It's hard to believe but the 2015 Car & Truck of the Year Candidates have been announced, including 4 Chevrolet vehicles, and in just five short months a new set of winners will be announced at the Detroit Auto Show!

In the truck/utility class, the Chevrolet Colorado, Suburban, Tahoe, and Trax were all selected as candidates for the 2015 North American Truck/Utility of the Year as part of the 29 trucks/utilities up for consideration! Will Chevrolet take home a win this year? We can only hope, but we will find out for sure in January!

In December the 50 journalists that make up the NACTOY will begin voting to narrow the list to three finalists, which will then be announced mid-December. After that, we will have to wait until the 2015 North American International Auto Show comes to Detroit to find out if any of the Chevrolet vehicles nominated for the North American Truck/Utility of the Year come out on top!

Chevrolet Wins North American Car & Truck of the Year

BAY CITY, Mich.- The North American International Auto Show is now underway in Detroit and Chevrolet kicked off the big event with some impressive wins! The North American Car and Truck of the Year were announced just after the auto show began this morning and Chevrolet took home both awards, making it the first time that the automaker won both awards in the same year!

To say that Chevy has kicked off the Detroit Auto Show on the right track is an understatement. The Corvette Stingray and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 have just been named North American Car and Truck of the Year!
