Chevrolet Hit a Home Run with MLB Sponsorship

BAY CITY, Mich. – Swing batter batter, swing! Chevrolet just hit a home run with an MLB (Major League Baseball) sponsorship renewal. Since 2005 Chevy has partnered with the MLB and the Detroit Tigers for programs and showcasing their best-selling cars above Comerica Park. This year, Chevrolet renewed another sponsorship with the MLB and USA Baseball.

The three companies, Chevy, MLB, and USA Baseball, have come together for a second season to get kids of all age groups involved in baseball and softball within their community. Kids that participate can be a part of year-round local events, an inaugural Play Ball Weekend, and get unique experiences with Major and Minor League Baseball teams.

Paul Edwards, the US VP of Chevrolet Marketing, is thrilled about this partnership and was quoted by saying, “Chevrolet’s partnership with Major League Baseball is a natural fit and allows the brand and our dealers to connect with generations of Americans on a personal level through the support of hometown teams at both the professional and youth levels. At Chevrolet, we appreciate the power of play and the profoundly positive effect it has on kids.  Baseball helps kids develop, connect with each other, and learn sportsmanship; and it ultimately brings families and communities together.”

Through this partnership, Chevrolet created the Chevy Youth Baseball Program. Over the year the Chevy Youth Baseball Program has donated over 90,000 equipment packs, renovated 9,400 local parks, and has made a difference in over 5.2 million kid's lives across the nation. The program is dedicated to bringing families and community together, as well as getting active and playing America’s favorite pastime.

Not only did Chevrolet just hit a home run with an MLB (Major League Baseball) sponsorship, but we hit a home run as well! We’re proud to be part of a company that is making such a positive impact on communities across the nation. Get your family involved by taking home a brand new Chevrolet from our dealership today. Take a look at the 2016 Chevrolet Equinox or the 2016 Chevrolet Trax. 6th Annual PJ's For Preemies Clothing Drive

BAY CITY, Mich. – This year at Graff Bay City we are officially designating the upcoming holiday months as the Season of Giving! We are so appreciative of all the support our community shows us throughout the year and we want to do what we can to give back, starting with the 6th Annual PJ's for Preemies Clothing Drive!

Every year this event is a smashing success and it is truly rewarding to see our friends, family, and neighbors come together to make a difference in the lives of families who are faced with premature births. Since no one expects their child to be born prematurely, these families are often not prepared with the clothing their child needs. Through the PJ's for Preemies Clothing Drive, we are able to provide the right sized clothing for these babies during their stay at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, since they are typically much smaller than full-term babies.

We want to invite you to join us in the 6th Annual PJ's for Preemies Clothing Drive to support the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw, MI! Just stop by Graff Bay City to drop off your donation of new or like-new pjs with snap or button fronts in preemie through 3 month sizes! In particular, gowns and newborn sizes are needed this year! And, like last year, GRAFF BAY CITY WILL MATCH ALL DONATIONS!

Together we can all make a difference in our local community! Get more information on the PJ's for Preemies Foundation: http://pjsforpreemies.com/
