September 11th Memorial - Never Forget

BAY CITY, Mich.-  Today we take a moment of silence to remember those who lost their lives in the September 11th attacks in 2001.  Graff Chevrolet Bay City sends our most heartfelt thoughts to those who were affected, we will never forget.  We want to thank those who fight for our freedom each and every day!

Completed just one year ago on the 10th anniversary of the attacks, the 9/11 Memorial in New York City features twin reflecting pools that house North America's largest man made waterfalls. The pools sit where the twin towers once stood and serve as a national tribute to the nearly 3,000 people killed in the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 as well as the six people killed in the World Trade Center bombing in February 1993.  Each memorial pool is nearly an acre in size, surrounded by lush green trees.  Inscribed along the bronze panels that edge the memorial pools are the names of each and every person who died in the attacks.  The September 11th Memorial in serves as powerful reminder of the largest loss of life resulting from a foreign attack on American soil and the greatest single loss of rescue personnel in American history.

The creators of the 9/11 National Memorial, architect Michael Arad and landscape architect Peter Walker, were chosen to create the September 11th Memorial from a global design competition that attracted 5,200 entries from 63 nations! You can view the National September 11 Memorial through a live webcam here: 9/11 Memorial Webcam

GAP Insurance at Graff Chevrolet Bay City

BAY CITY Mich., - We offer GAP Insurance at Graff Chevrolet Bay City.  GAP (Guaranteed Auto Protection) Insurance takes care of the difference between what you owe on a vehicle and what the vehicle is worth.  This is handy in the event that your car is so damaged that repairs would cost more than the vehicle is worth, or if the car was stolen while you are still making payments.

Who would benefit the most from GAP Insurance?  Anyone who is leasing a vehicle will often times be required to purchase GAP Insurance because the amount that you are paying on the vehicle is typically a great deal less than what the vehicle is worth.  This will save you a lot of money if the vehicle is totalled or stolen.  We also recommend that you purchase GAP Insurance if you made a low down payment, have a high interest rate, or if you bought a car that depreciates quickly.  GAP Insurance could save you a great deal of money!

Graff Chevrolet Bay City offers GAP Insurance just for you!  For more information on our GAP Insurance you can visit our GAP Page or give our auto loan experts a call at (989) 684-4411 today!  Let us give you the help you need.  Your Saginaw Chevrolet Dealership is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706. DIY: Organizing Family Schedule Tips

Bay City, MI - The kids are half way through their first week back to school and we are being instantly reminded at how hectic the family schedule can get during the school year.  Extra-curriculars, after school activities, sports practices/games, appointments...the list goes on!  If this sounds like you, your Female Friendly Dealership has a simple DIY Tip for Organizing Family Schedules (Thanks Pinterest!).

DIY: This wall calendar has enough room
for everyone to write down their schedule.

DIY: Organize Family Schedules

Make a central 'command station' to keep track of each family members schedule and activities.  A calendar, you may be asking?  Yes, in a sense.  A family calendar is a great organizational tool, but if you take that one step further you have a place to organize all of the papers and miscellaneous items that go along with your daily schedule.

So break out the chalkboard paint (which is totally trending on Pinterest) and work up an area that works for your family needs, like these different variations.

DIY: Designate each family member a spot to
store all of their schedule needs.

Your Female Owned Dealership is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706. For more information on Graff Bay City, or for any questions call us at (989) 684-4411 or visit our website at www.graffbaycity.com.
