900 Miles On One Tank In The 2014 Chevy Cruze Diesel

BAY CITY, Mich.- First things first, we are so excited to announce that we have two 2014 Chevrolet Cruze Diesel vehicles en route to the dealership as we type! They should be arriving any day now, so if you're looking to get your hands on the impressive new fuel efficient Cruze Diesel, stop by our Essexville Area Chevrolet Dealer!

If you haven't considered the diesel Cruse yet, you will after reading this! Recently, Tessa Baughman, the Chevrolet Cruze Diesel's energy engineer, took the car across the country from Michigan to Arkansas to visit her family. It wasn't the fastest multi-state trip, she was able to go 900 miles on one tank of gas in the 2014 Chevy Cruze Diesel! While she did drive 5mph below the speed limit on the first leg of the drive, she was more than able to prove the EPA's Cruze Diesel fuel economy rating of 46 mpg! Tessa was able to achieve a more than 50 mpg pace! And while she opted for a slightly quicker pace on the way back, keeping up with traffic, she was still able to enjoy 800 miles between fill-ups!

With the best fuel economy rating of any non-hybrid vehicle, the 2014 Chevrolet Cruze Diesel comes equipped with fuel saving features like low rolling-resistance tires, 6-speed automatic transmission, and tire deflectors. To learn more about the latest features on more of Chevy's vehicles, visit our Chevrolet Dealership Serving Essexville, MI. We can help you discover which features are best for you!
