Burn Off the Extra Calories This Holiday Season with a Workout Routine

The only downside is that by the time New Years Day rolls around you may not fit into your jeans as well anymore. But thankfully there are plenty of simple exercises you can do from home to help keep your fitness up while allowing you to snack and sample all the delectable food. So try using our workout routine to burn off the extra calories this holiday season.

Burn Off the Extra Calories This Holiday Season with a Workout Routine

Repeat this cycle of exercise 2-3 times for a serious workout:

  • 30 Sit-Ups
  • 15 Hip Raises
  • 10 incline push ups
  • 20 bodyweight squats
  • 20 walking lunges – 10 each leg
  • 50 High Knees
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug or another weight)
  • 15-second plank
  • 15-second side plank
