Burn Off the Extra Calories This Holiday Season with a Workout Routine

But thankfully there are plenty of simple exercises you can do from home to help keep your fitness up while allowing you to snack and sample all the delectable food. Repeat this cycle of exercise 2-3 times for a serious workout:

  • 30 Sit-Ups
  • 15 Hip Raises
  • 10 incline push ups
  • 20 bodyweight squats
  • 20 walking lunges – 10 each leg
  • 50 High Knees
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug or another weight)
  • 15-second plank
  • 15-second side plank
