workout routine to burn off the extra calories this holiday season.
Repeat this cycle of exercise 2-3 times for a serious workout:
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 15 Hip Raises
- 10 incline push ups
- 20 bodyweight squats
- 20 walking lunges – 10 each leg
- 50 High Knees
- 30 jumping jacks
- 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug or another weight)
- 15-second plank
- 15-second side plank
