Special Edition Corvette 'Zora'?

Special Edition Corvette 'Zora'?

BAY CITY, Mich. – Zora Arkus-Duntov. He was the father of the Corvette and by adding a V-8 engine to the first generation Corvette, he was able to take the vehicle into sports car territory. He also introduced the Grand Sport program which helped make the second generation Corvette a world class racing success. So why the Corvette history lesson?

According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, General Motors has just trademarked the name Zora making us think a special edition Corvette 'Zora' may be on the horizon! Trademarking a name is nothing new. Automakers do it all the time for future models or to protect their history. However, this particular filing is significant because of the wording which states GM will reserve Zora for "motor land vehicles, namely, automobiles."

Although a special edition Corvette 'Zora' has not been confirmed by General Motors, we will keep you updated on all the latest Chevy news right here! Hank Graff Chevy is located at 3636 Wilder Road, Bay City, MI 48706 and we can help you find the perfect vehicle for your weekend getaway! For more information on Hank Graff Chevrolet, or for any questions call us at (989) 684-4411 or visit our website: www.GraffBayCity.com.
